What type of injection manipulator is suitable for precision injection parts?
Selection of manipulator for precision injection molding parts (3C/medical/miniature precision parts are preferred to traverse three/five axes with full servo, and cylinder semi-servo and diagonal arm machines are prohibited)
Precision parts require repeated positioning of ±0.02~0.03mm, low vibration, no damage to appearance, and can be inserted/swung. Only full AC servo traversing manipulator is selected, and single shaft cylinder oblique arm is not used.
First, select the model according to the tonnage of injection molding machine+product.
1, 50 ~ 100t small machine (micro precision: connectors, terminals, watch accessories, medical micro plastic parts, single piece < <50g).
Model: Three-axis full servo 300/650, 3kg load, single arm.
Accuracy: ±0.025mm, within 0.7s of in-mold parts, with one arm as standard and two arms for three-plate mold.
Special: ultra-small 30T microcomputer (precision optics) → side-take precision servo TZW-500SP (Japanese STAR), dust-free workshop is preferred.
2, 100 ~ 280t (3c shell, thin-walled precision, gear, medical shell, 50g~2kg single piece)
(1) Take only parts and simply blank → Three-axis full servo type 800/900 (load 3~5kg, double-cut double-speed arm (special for thin wall), take out 0.6~0.8s
(2) Embedded inserts, 90-degree turning, swinging, in-mold inspection → 5-axis full servo 800/900(+ servo side posture+rotating shaft) are required.
5-axis = XYZ+servo pitch+servo rotation, feeding at any angle, required for precision inserts.
3, 300~500T (automobile precision plastic structural parts, large-size precision shell)
Triaxial: 1200/1300, load 6 ~ 12kg; The complex process is directly mounted on the five-axis 1300, and the bull's head type is only used for long and large precision parts.
Second, the rigid selection standard of shaft number (precision parts must be seen)
Three-axis full servo (XYZ full servo, no cylinder): conventional precision parts, simple embedded parts, cost-effective, 80% precision injection molding in the market.
Five-axis full servo (three-axis+A/B servo rotation): it must be turned over, multi-station pendulum, embedded hardware in the mold, two-color precision parts, and medical/high-end 3C forced five-axis.
Disabled: Single-axis/two-axis cylinder oblique arm manipulator (cylinder vibration is large, accuracy is more than ±0.1mm, and it is easy to scratch precision appearance parts).
Third, the exclusive configuration of precision models (the key to improve the yield)
Guide rail: full linear slide rail+simple imported servo rejection belt to ensure long-term accuracy without drift.
Arm: Double-cut double-speed arm (within 280T), which can shorten the up-and-down stroke, reduce the height of the machine and reduce the shaking.
Optional:
Precision pendulum: servo rotation+CCD visual positioning (automatic correction of inserts)
Dust-free medical parts: dust-free and dust-proof sealed manipulator+anti-static fixture
