Which injection molding products need to be equipped with tauren injection manipulator to pick up?

To put it simply: when large-size, large-area, long-strip, heavy-weight, deep-cavity/special-shaped injection parts need in-mold labeling/inserts, and large horizontal injection molding machines over 650T are used for production, the tauren (open) manipulator is preferred.

First, the automobile industry (the most typical)

Bumper, middle net, instrument panel skeleton, center console shell

Door trim panel, ceiling frame, spare tire cover plate

Car lamp housing, battery cover, large air duct/deflector

Features: long size (1.2–2m), large area, heavy weight (10–50kg), special-shaped deep cavity, and three sides of open space are needed for taking parts.

Second, the shell of large household appliances

Air conditioner shell/panel, refrigerator side panel/door body, washing machine box/drum shell.

Television backboard, water heater shell, large purifier shell.

Features: large area, thin wall, long strip, easy to deform, requiring long stroke and high rigid support.

Three, logistics/storage of large plastic parts

Plastic pallet (cardboard), large trash can/sorting box, turnover box/basket.

Bathtub, baby pool, large water tank/septic tank shell

Features: Super-large size, high load-bearing, deep cavity and in-mold labeling (IML) demand.

Four, other large/special parts

Large pipe fittings, amusement equipment parts, beach chairs/outdoor tables and chairs.

Large parts of electric vehicle/motorcycle (such as body guard and trunk)

Large pieces of furniture (such as table top and chair back)

5. Why do these products have to be tauren style?

Open on three sides: no column cover, suitable for taking out oversized/special-shaped parts, and the frame manipulator will interfere.

Large stroke+high load: it is suitable for 650–3200 t injection molding machine, and the load can reach 10–120 kg.

Smooth removal of long pieces: double-speed arm, long stroke and high speed operation, avoiding product collision.

In-mold labeling/insert-friendly: the open space is convenient for placing labels/inserts and the positioning is stable.

Sixth, inappropriate scenes

Three-plate mold: the bull's head type is mostly single arm, so it is difficult to take the product+nozzle at the same time.

Small parts (< 500T machine): The arm/frame manipulator is more economical.
