a. Clean up

Please stop the machine to clean the dust on the platform, pay special attention to the dust on the X-axis track surface, guide rail, belt, gear, magnetic strip.

b. Guide rail maintenance

Please clean the guide rail, touch the guide rail chute to check whether there is any damage to the guide rail, and oil gun to fill the slider on the guide rail with an appropriate amount of 0 grease (1-2 times), and use 0 grease to apply the guide rail protection to prevent the guide rail rust.

c. Air path maintenance

Filter and drain the pressure reducing valve before shutdown to keep the pipeline clean. Check the filter, the color of the filter turns yellow, please replace the filter. And check the pneumatic components in the pneumatic cabinet.

d. Check moving parts

Check whether the drag chain of the manipulator is intact, if it is not fastened, and check whether the harness and air pipe in the drag chain are intact.

e. Turn off the power

Before shutdown, it is recommended that the manipulator move above the safety door of the injection molding machine, stop breathing, power off, and it is recommended that the communication with the injection molding machine be in the return position.
