Jiangsu Tianqi Star robot to share: injection molding machine manipulator wiring


The injection molding manipulator should be determined according to its specific structure. The manipulator is usually in a state of motion, which can be divided into translation and rotation. At present, our Tianqi Star injection molding manipulator has the following four wiring methods:

1. In the form of a tow chain, the ordinary line is installed in the tow chain, which can be translated with the executive parts, and is widely used in general three-axis linkage mechanism;

2. The snakeskin tube can be wired. The principle is that the executive parts will not cause the snakeskin tube to wrap around, and be careful not to let the line inside bend and cause the break;

3. Soft wire can also be used as the wiring of the manipulator. A flip phone is a very simple example. The principle is to calculate the travel and bending radius of the flexible wire.

4. If the execution part is rotated more than 360 degrees or continuously, you need to use a brush.
