In fact, when installing the manipulator, due to improper operation of the worker, it often leads to certain failures of the manipulator. 1. The installation direction of the two adjacent injection molding machine manipulators should be clear.
2. All actions and movements shall not hinder the opening and closing of the safety door of the injection molding machine.
3, all the straight line, rotation and other actions of the manipulator can be set on the spot, and can be set within a certain error range. Once the error exceeds the set value, the alarm will stop the action in time, and the fault information will be displayed on the touch screen.
4. When the injection molding machine or manipulator fails, the injection molding machine and the manipulator will be interlocked. That is to say, when the manipulator fails, the injection molding machine stops working; Similarly, when the injection molding machine fails, the manipulator will also stop working.
5, the arm has anti-collision function: in the case of misoperation, the program has an automatic anti-collision function, which can automatically judge and stop the action according to the torque of the motor to minimize the loss.
6, the action of the manipulator and the injection molding machine is consistent, that is, there will be no collision or interference because of the action of the manipulator, and the production cycle of the injection molding machine will not be excessively extended.
7, when the injection molding machine is shut down (fault shutdown, normal shutdown, mold change, equipment maintenance, etc.), the manipulator can be manually placed in a safe position or other necessary positions, which will not hinder mold change and equipment maintenance.
8, when the robot fails (such as not in place, the product is not taken out, the product falls, etc.), the alarm will be immediately stopped, and the fault will be displayed on the touch screen for quick troubleshooting.
9. Some products require the manipulator to include a release spraying system. After opening the mold (nozzle Angle can be adjusted), the release agent can be accurately injected into the mold cavity, and the dosage can be adjusted, and the injection frequency can be set.
10, that is to say, all parameters and data can be set and modified by the computer, and then transmitted to the robot system for execution, or directly set parameters and data in the robot hand.
