4. When the injection molding machine or manipulator fails, the injection molding machine and the manipulator will interlock. That is, when the manipulator fails, the injection molding machine will stop operation; Similarly, when the injection molding machine fails, the manipulator will also stop acting.

5, the arm has anti-collision function: when the wrong operation occurs, the program has an automatic anti-collision function, which can automatically judge and stop the action according to the motor torque, which can minimize the loss.

6, the action of the manipulator and the injection molding machine is consistent, that is, it will not produce a collision nor interfere with the action of the injection molding machine, nor will the action of the manipulator lead to excessive extension of the production cycle of the injection molding machine.

7. When the injection molding machine stops (fault stop, normal stop, mold replacement, equipment maintenance, etc.), the manipulator can be manually placed in a safe position or other necessary positions; Does not interfere with mold replacement and equipment maintenance operations.

8, when the robot fails (such as not in place, the product is not taken out, the product falls, etc.) it will immediately alarm and stop on the touch screen to display its fault, which is convenient and quick to eliminate.

9, some products require the robot to contain release agent spray system, spray release agent can be accurately sprayed into the cavity after opening the mold (nozzle Angle is adjustable), and can adjust the dosage, you can set the spray frequency.

10, that is, all parameters and data Settings can be set and modified by the computer, and then transferred to the robot system for execution, you can also directly set parameters and data in the robot hand.

Fault 1: The injection molding machine does not lock the mold when using the manipulator.

Check suspicious points:

1: The motor of the injection molding machine is not open.

2: When the injection molding machine presses the mold lock, the pressure gauge does not react, and there is no output.

3: The robot signal is not in place.

Treatment method:

1: Open the motor, but also can not lock the mold according to the following methods.

2: When the pressure gauge of the injection molding machine is not under pressure, the clamping signal of the injection molding machine plate is not output. When there is pressure, then determine the injection molding machine used alone when the mold lock is normal, according to the following method.

3: Open the internal manipulator function of the injection molding machine, make sure that the manipulator can return to the origin standby, the manipulator signal line is plugged into the use interface, and then confirm whether there is output on the manipulator's manual control signal, safety door signal, and signal after opening the mold, {switch the safety door, press the opening mold to open the mold to the end, and then switch the safety door to confirm}, after all the above are repaired, it is still not possible. There is a problem with the mode-locking signal line connecting the injection molding machine to the robotic system.

Fault 2: The injection molding machine is fully automatic, and the alarm manipulator fails.

Treatment: The recirculation time of injection molding machine is not enough, and the recirculation signal of injection molding machine or manipulator is not output.

Fault 3: The manipulator cannot return to the origin.

Solution: Confirm whether the several electric eyes in the standby state are normal, and the parameters of the manual controller are not set.

Fault 4: The manual controller is not displayed.

Treatment: The internal IC contact is poor, the manual controller display line contact is poor, the display screen is bad.

Fault 5: Manual controller cannot set parameters

Treatment method: Confirm that the set parameters do not exceed the limit parameters (for example, the limit parameter is 1300, the storage parameter cannot be set to more than 1300), the manual IC chip aging, poor contact can not set the parameters.
