2. Turn on the power supply of the manipulator and reset the origin of the manipulator.
3. Set each action mode of the manipulator (according to the specific product selection).
4. Enter the standby position and clamping position of the manipulator according to the label parameters on the clamp of the manipulator.
5. Set the opening stroke of the injection molding machine according to the parameters on the label.
6. Check whether the clamping screw is loose, whether the clamping part is damaged, whether the cylinder is properly extended, whether
there is air leakage, whether the suction cup is intact, and whether the hardware accessories are stuck.
7. After the fixture is installed, observe whether all the hardware accessories of the fixture are on the same vertical plane. If not, adjust the 、
locking screws on the connection bolts so that the fixture is on the same vertical plane.
8. Semi-automatically fine-tune the clamping position and save parameters after the adjustment is OK.
9. Then set the posture position of the manipulator, the opening position on the way, the opening position of the product, etc.
10. Enter the manipulator timer module and preliminarily set each action time. The ejector delay (2s) and backward delay (5s) of the ejector rod
of the injection molding machine are preliminatively set.
