Give you a brief introduction: How to maintain the parts of Suzhou injection molding machine manipulator?

The maintenance of injection molding machine manipulator should pay attention to the following points:

 1. Guide rails and bearings. The guide rails and bearings on all shafts should be adhered to and the smooth function highlighted. If the manipulator is operating in a dusty environment, it is necessary to arrange the guide rail frequently.

 2. The cycle of the manipulator. One of the keys to the excellent operation of the manipulator is simple investigation and listening, which can reveal a lot of information about the overall operation of the manipulator. After detailed operation, the manipulator will hear any abnormal sounds, such as whistling and clicking, which indicates that the bearing is not rotating properly or other parts are stuck.

 3. Drive system. If the manipulator is driven by a mount-drive gear, pay attention to whether there is hesitation or shaking during operation. Any movement other than smooth movement can indicate damage to the drive system or some foreign object stored inside. Injection manipulators are no better than stamping manipulators. When pushing down, the way to quickly check the movement or gap between the mounting beam and the transmission gear is to push and pull the moving arm, the paresthesia movement (the front and back movements are different).

 4. Pneumatic system. Including multi-axis servo drive, almost all manipulators have pneumatic functions as long as they have wrist rotation and vacuum grasping actions. Pay close attention to the suction cups of the filter regulator unit. Standing water indicates that the compressed air source passing through the system is too humid. The presence of a small amount of water vapor may be transmitted to the pneumatic valve and actuator, constituting oxidation and internal contamination that may eventually cause the regulator to jam or the actuator to intermittently jam or malfunction.

 5. Check the molding equipment. Manipulators with standard equipment are usually mounted on the formwork of the molding equipment. When the equipment is running fast, vibration from the molding equipment can be transmitted to the robot and can cause damage. The brief description of the operation state of the molding equipment can ensure that the mold movement is adjusted to a reasonable state, reduce the number of shaking or oscillation, and extend the life of the manipulator. In the case of high-speed operation, the oscillation frequency may be high, so it is best to install the manipulator on a support structure independent of the molding equipment.

6, pay attention to wiring wear. If black particles or powder are found when looking at the appearance of the manipulator, it indicates that the circuit wiring of the manipulator has signs of wear. However, even if these wear signals cannot be found, carefully observe all cables of the power supply, transformer or encoder, both sides of the wiring path can also be used. During the production cycle, the wiring of the continuous conflict manipulator or the wiring connected to the cable guide will eventually wear out and fail. Ensure wiring security and proper cable installation.

 7. Check smoothness. The manipulator of the injection molding machine uses a spring-loaded smooth rod, which only needs to be replaced once a year unless there is evidence that the guide is not smooth enough. It is equipped with active smoothing system, which can smooth continuously along the manipulator movement.

 8. Vacuum gripper circuit. The vacuum should be established at near instantaneous conditions, and the appropriate controller input should be equivalent to grasping the finished product. If the vacuum is found to be on, the input light source appears, and the delay time is more than 2 seconds, it indicates that the vacuum pipe is leaking, defective, or the switchgear is improperly adjusted.
