 Now for precision injection molding, the molding cycle is the production efficiency. Therefore, the injection molding equipment is required to be faster and more stable. Automatic molding requires that the high-speed manipulator take out time within 2 seconds, usually within 3 seconds, too long will affect the cycle. 


Then said that in order to take out the time is short, it is necessary to control the opening distance in the case of not affecting the manipulator to take out as small as possible. Take out, pull out, avoid and other action speed requirements are 100% limit, for bad take out oblique products, avoid speed can be properly placed at about 10%, or lower. 

However, in the case of fully automatic operation and stable extraction, it is necessary to properly increase the falling speed to achieve the purpose of shortest extraction time and fast forming cycle. When setting the action mode, we must look at several products, whether there is a material head, good to take, etc., the setting of the position is very important, without a good position, how can you not take out the product. Here is the close waiting position, because it is controlled by the servo electric motor, the lower the close waiting position is, the better, under the premise of not colliding with the mold machine. Generally, the product can not be taken out because of air leakage and adsorption pressure can not reach. 


So the position is the most important manipulator; In addition, the best place to take out is just close to the product, not very tight. Pressing is easy to make the product hurt, card mold oblique pin and so on. The shorter the time, the better. Usually, the time in the mold is only before drawing and waiting for the rise or the clamp needs time control. The premise is that the shorter the better. Other time control outside the mold is no problem as long as it runs back to the near waiting position within one molding cycle. Taking out is the coordination of position time and speed, and the specific setting is based on reality. 

The following situations and analysis countermeasures are not available:

 1. Such as model four, three of them can be taken out, only one, and the fixed one. This is easy to do, first confirm the operation, see if the position is correct, or easy to take by hand.

 The general position can be taken out, that is, it is not easy to take by hand, then we must consider the use of falling. It is not good to find a mold repair to review the mold to be polished. 

 2. The whole is taken out and the alarm is also raised, and it is fixed and stable, which is caused by the excessive adsorption detection pressure you set. The detection pressure needs to be reduced. The same can not take out the alarm is that the adsorption detection pressure is too small, then you should quickly increase the detection pressure, otherwise you can not take out the easy die. The adsorption pressure of the manipulator is generally between 80-90 and the old is between 65-80 

 3. The position is right but it cannot be taken out. It is necessary to check whether the suction cup has broken, and some suckers have been used for a long time to cause cracks and leak air. The adsorption pressure doesn't go up. Replace the sucker with a new one

 4. The position does not increase the adsorption pressure. This is to manually turn on the corresponding adsorption switch and stick the paper to the suction cup. Look at the actual adsorption pressure, if it is in the normal range, there is still a problem with the position. If the adsorption pressure can not go up, it is where the gas pipe leakage.

 5. The action mode is incorrectly set. For example, the setting of two products and four products is different.
