Inclined arm manipulator

The arm form has single cut and double cut, up and down stroke from 450~850mm, dedicated to the two plate mold. The single function is used for clamping water nozzle, and the full function can be clamping water nozzle or simultaneously clamping water nozzle and suction product. The purpose of using the inclined arm manipulator is to increase the production capacity, reduce the defect rate of the product and accurately control the production volume. Ensure operator safety and reduce waste. Single axis servo manipulator Second, single-axis servo manipulator Single axis servo manipulator is suitable for 50~550 tons of various types of horizontal injection molding machine finished products and water nozzle extraction. The arm type is double cut, and the up and down stroke is 600/800/900/1000/1200mm. The traverse mechanism is driven by imported AC servo motor, and the arm adopts double speed structure, which is easy to adjust and stable. Fast drop inside the mold to take the object, slow drop outside the mold to place the object, with the "quick and easy" action function. Three, three axis servo manipulator The three-axis servo manipulator is suitable for taking out the finished product of various horizontal injection molding machines of 50~500T. The upper and lower arm travel is 700 mm -800 mm -900 mm -1000 mm, etc. The three axes of the three-axis manipulator are horizontal 1 axis, pulling 1 axis, and the arm 1 axis are 3 axes in total.
